A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, James (“Jimmy”) received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisville. He has worked in financial services, public accounting, asset management, insurance and manufacturing. Jimmy’s focus is providing tax, accounting and advisory services to individuals and businesses with a proactive and progressive approach. He is also an instructor for the University of Kentucky Income Tax Seminar Program.
Stacey is a Louisville native who graduated from Bellarmine College, cum laude, with a degree in Accounting. More than 20 years of her career have been spent in the public accounting sector. In addition to her focus on individual and business taxation, Stacey also has significant experience in both the Affordable Care Act compliance reporting as well as tax reporting and consulting for not-for-profit organizations. She is also an instructor for the University of Kentucky Income Tax Seminar Program.
Mr. Hollister is a Louisville native who graduated from the University of Louisville in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Accounting) before attending graduate courses at Florida State University. He worked for a CPA firm in New Albany, Indiana, and with his father’s business, Walter Hollister, Public Accountant. After obtaining his CPA credentials in 1978, he rejoined his father’s firm to form the partnership which eventually became William W. Hollister, PSC. He also served as an officer in the Okolona Business and Professional Association and the Louisville Suburban Rotary.
Mr. Klump has been a CPA for over 40 years, 35 years of which were in public accounting focusing on individual, partnership and corporate income taxes as well as estate taxes. He became the sole shareholder of William R. Klump, PSC in 1998, an instructor in the University of Kentucky Income Tax Seminar Program in 1997, and a contributing editor of the Land Grant University Tax Education Foundation National Income Tax Workbook. Mr. Klump is also an Ordained Deacon of the Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville.
